Retirement

Norman retired from BT after over 25 years due to medical grounds for a bad back. However, not one to sit down and relax, he undertook a part time job working as a maintenance engineer for a drinks vending company. It was while he was working here that he was challenged to improve the current machines that were on the market. Norman then shut himself away inhis garage for several months, and then emerged with his new invention. This turned out to be very reliable and after some trials, Norman decided to set up his own company "Coyles Engineering" together with his two daughters in 1990. His creative imagination together with his in-deptch mechanical knowledge, meant that he was granted three working patents that he was very proud of.
