Norman and Val would often take in one or two car boots in the summer months. Norman would be attracted mainly to the tool stalls, but also anything he could buy for his granchildren. There would always be some new toy in the box when they would arrive for a visit, I don't know who enjoyed it most, the kids or Norman.
