The company closed down on October 17th, which coincidentally was the date his daughter Andrea was due to have her baby. However, grandaughter Shannon was born a week later, and Norman took to be a Grandfather like a natural. The nappy changing, the bottle feeding - nothing was too much trouble. He was definetley a hands on person. From the age of 6 weeks, Shannon stayed at their house for one night a week, right the way through her life.
